Our first round of staffing is complete, but we are ALWAYS looking for great haunters. We usually need a few new people in mid October, so if you put in an application we will likely be reaching out. Even if we don’t have a permanent position, we invite a few people in to “try out”. If you are really outgoing, enjoy costumes & makeup, and know you’ll be energized (rather than drained) when you freak people out for hours on end…we need to talk.
We have 19 nights on the schedule between 9/25 and 11/7 (That’s 7 consecutive weekends). Available positions include: Haunter, Security, & Ticket Taker.
To be paid, you must be 16 or older before our last night, November 7th. If you are 14 or 15 you may be able to join as a volunteer (Haunter in Training). If you are 13 or younger…we look forward to getting an application from you in the future.
We don’t expect very many haunters to work all 18 nights, but we generally don’t take people on who can’t work at least 12 of the 18. All haunters, young and old, must submit an application (below).
The audition process will take place in late August. You will sign up for one of the audition days when you fill out your application.

COVID-19: We are an outdoor venue but we are still taking precautions. The plan is to have under 750 patrons in the venue at any given time. All tickets will be timed, so patrons will arrive steadily from open to close. Killers first, then Dark Trail, Forest, and Hayride. That means the Killers actors need to be in first and the hayride actors arrive last. That will help us stagger our staff arrival times as well. Masks will be required for everyone. Scaring will be modified to avoid very close contact. The head of the Franklin County Health Dept is on board, and will certify our written plan before we open.
